TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conference fees include: Programme of proceedings, secure parking at the venue, Water, tea and coffee during the conference, Mid-morning and afternoon refreshments & all Lunches, and a welcoming dinner;
Payment can be made by electronic transfer.
No delegate will be allowed to attend the Conference unless payment has been made in full. If a delegate fails to attend he/she/their organisation will still be liable for payment of the full Conference Fee. Note that a substitution or nominated person from the same organisation can attend on behalf of the original registered delegate, if so requested by email.
Cancellations can be accepted up to one week (7 working days) prior to the start of the Conference, in which case delegate fees will be refunded. All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing, and will be subject to a 15% administration fee. Unfortunately, no refunds or credit can be made for late cancellations or no-shows.
